I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Hotel, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for my entire stay. **Front Desk Team:** The front desk staff were not only professional but also incredibly attentive. They handled my check-in efficiently and provided insightful recommendations for local dining and attractions. Their genuine enthusiasm for ensuring a great stay was truly refreshing. **Housekeeping:** The housekeeping team deserves special mention for their meticulous attention to detail. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, creating a serene sanctuary after a long day of exploring. It’s clear that they take immense pride in their work, contributing significantly to the hotel's overall ambience. **Dining Experience:** The onsite restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience. The breakfast spread was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options, from hearty full English breakfasts to fresh fruits and pastries. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed to start my day off right. Dinner was equally impressive, with a menu that catered to diverse tastes, all served with a smile. **Facilities:** The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The fitness centre was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. Additionally, the peaceful lounge areas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation or casual meetings. **Customer Service:** What truly sets Premier Inn apart is their commitment to customer service. Every staff member I encountered, from maintenance to management, exuded professionalism and a genuine desire to enhance my stay. Their collective effort created an environment that felt both luxurious and homely.

We had a pleasant stay and what I highly appreciate is the TOADS BAR that is inside the hotel which the staff from the bar were all friendly, attentive, professional and accommodating. Even their food is well prepared and sumptuous and scrumptious. Bar is friendly for kids coz smoking is not allowed inside the bar as they have dedicated smoking area. Parking is also great. Staff at the restaurant are all beautiful people.

Fantastic services throughout that was value for money, breakfast was good too, staff from reception mainly (Joy and Rahul), Breakfast team all of them I only read names of Marco and Robin and all of the team was fantastic. Pool attended and room cleaning was excellent in all aspect to me at least. That is the reason I extended my stay here for an another month due to extension of work as well as facilities offered.

The hotel was fine and I would not mind staying there again. Costa was a blessing on-site.
