Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park

The receprion staff was very welcoming and tried to do their best to meet our needs ( we asked for a quiet room). The first night the next door guests unfortunately were very lound, so we talked to a nice receptionist, Shital, and she was so kind and the next morning she had us move to a nice, quiet room, on the corner.. Thank you dear Shital, was a pleasure meeting you! Our stay was very pleasant and everyone was very kind. The cleaning staff also very kind, respectful and very prompt. Breakfast is nice, fresh, wirh good options, but breakfast area is limited. There is such a big space outdoor which is not utilised due to being too sunny...wish they would just put some shades....would be such a small investment and ppl could enjoy having their bfast on the terrace!

The location was easily approached by the car. Hotel was super clean - our room was cleaned to perfection, especially the bathroom. Plenty of safe parking spaces. Breakfast choice was excellent, and I liked the little variety that was updated daily. The on-site bar/ restaurant was also great for drinks and lunch, with 20% off for hotel guests. Excellent value for the price.

Premier Inn - I warmly recommend it for those who want a cheap stay in Dubai. Located very close to the metro line - red line - which will take you to the center. Shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception and in the hotel are very professional and with a smile on their faces. Normal sized rooms. The matrimonial room, the bed is a bit small, I think 1.40 wide by 2, instead the twin room is ok - 2 beds 1/2 m wide. Daily cleaning, towels changed daily. Restaurant and Pub on the premises. Small rooftop pool, but ok . Sufficient free parking for cars. I recommend Premier inn.

The Hotel and Staff are always great, and I stay their often ...and I also take this opportunity to say that the Booking.com reward system "Genius", in my experience, is the worst in the world- no help whatsoever after accumulating many points etc etc. Clearly, giving direct feedback to Booking.com is meaningless- after annual attempts. The hotel is very well organized from a spatial standpoint and from the colours standpoint. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The coffee the hotrl provides is of a very good quality, and they even give real whole milk to go along with it. It is fairly large without being loud - in fact it is pleasantly quiet, due to its layout. Staff is VERY helpful, REALLY tries its utmost to accommodate guests' needs and the hotrl Admin clearly takes the same approach. The level of care they give each guest is five star, actually
